Admissions St Charles Apache Mission School accepts students from the reservation from all faiths and background. Students entering from home or Head Start Programs must fill out an application. Documentation includes birth certificates, immunization records, tribal enrollment, social security number, and previous school records. Students entering on kindergarten level must take a readiness test. A $25 registration fee is applied to new registrations.
Tuition St Charles Apache Mission School has negotiated tuition. Each family meets with the principal at the time of registration and at the beginning of each school year. Depending on family income, parents indicate how much they are able to pay. Family's on low income or welfare start at $70 per month. Tuition assistance is available through the CTSO (Catholic Tuition Support Organization) funds raised each year.
